For over 25 years Jereis and Petra Developments have been providing building services in Sydney. As a family-owned and operated business, making the dreams of Sydney homeowners come true with clever designs, professional building services and on time construction is what we do.

Petra Developments isn’t just any Builder, we are also a fully qualified design Company. Our Founder and Director Jereis Abbasi is a qualified civil/structural engineer with a team of experienced architects and draftsmen working alongside him. Not only can we complete residential projects to the highest quality, and we also have extensive experience in commercial spaces, industrial work, special projects, upkeep, remedial and advisory services.

We pride ourselves on being open and honest with no hidden fees or extra costs you may find with other Custom home builders in Sydney. With everything under 1 roof, we can give you upfront costs, and a complete turnkey solution to your next dream home.
